Product Overview
The oil pump type submersible electric pump(hereinafter referred to as electric pumpconsis sts of three parts: pump,seal,and motor.The motor is located in the lower part of the electric pump. divided into sinale phase and three-phase asvnchronous electric machin es.The pump is located on the motor and is a centrifugal impeller and worm shell structure. The mechanical seal of the double end surface is adopted between the pump and the motor, and each fixed stop seal is used."O"type oil resistant rubber seal ring is used for static sealing.
The electric pump shall be capable of functioning continuously and normally under the follow ving conditions:
1.The working medium is non-corrosive clear waterand the volume ratio of sand content i n the medium does not exceed. Over 0.10%,particle size not morethan0.20 mm.
2.The medium temperature does not exceed 40 dearees Celsius and the PH value is betwe een 6.5 and 8.5.
3.The electric pump shall be used within the range of use near the rated lift.
4.The electric pump should be completely immersed in water.The depth of the water shoul d not exceed 3M and the maximum depth should not exceed 5m.The electric pump is 0.5M above the bottom of the waterbut it can not be mixed.
5.The power supply frequency is 50Hz,the voltage single phase is 220Vthe three-phase is 380V,and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rating.
